Orchid Communications was founded by Nicola Eastwood and Sam Watts in November 2004 and both are actively involved in the day to day running of the business. It is their drive, energy and ability to communicate in an inspiring and meaningful way that has formed the foundation of the exceptional Orchid service.
The core Orchid team is small and beautifully formed. Nicola and Sam are supported on a daily basis by three colleagues - Iselin Vale, Zara Blake and Stef Paddock. Orchid is also supported by a network of highly qualified associates who provide additional specialist services when needed.
