Orchid Communications launched in November 2004 and founder Sam Watts is still actively involved in the day to day running of the business. Joined by her husband Allan Watts in January 2010 as a co-Director, Orchid continues to develop and appoint personnel that ensure Orchid maintains its position as a leading communications agency in the Channel Islands. Bringing the latest expertise and services to the market, Orchid's ability to communicate in an inspiring and meaningful way forms the foundation of the exceptional Orchid service.
Business development remains a priority to ensure Orchid stays ahead of the competition. Orchid is the only Channel Island member of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) and will soon hold the PRCA Consultancy Management Standard which is the benchmark for excellence in the industry. Orchid staff also sit on the committees of the Jersey branch of the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
The core Orchid team is small and beautifully formed. Sam and Allan are supported on a daily basis by three colleagues Nicky Martini, Zara Blake and Andrea Mackenzie. Orchid has a network of highly qualified associates who provide additional specialist services when needed.
