Following a tender process, we selected Orchid Communications to provide comprehensive logistical support for our 'We All Count' event in October 2011.  We had a very specific vision in mind for this important staff training event, and a very short lead-time of less than three weeks from brief to delivery. Working within our parameters, Orchid delivered an outstanding event experience, bringing the venue to life and using local suppliers to provide everything we needed.  Their 'can do' attitude and strict adherence to the timeline and budget requirements added significantly to the overall success of the event.  Delegate feedback was very positive, and we look forward to working with Orchid again in the future.

Orchid Communications approached our recent campaign as if they were a part of the Spearpoint Retirement Services Limited in-house team, demonstrating a real understanding of our organization and our market from the beginning of the process.   The driving force behind the bold look and feel of the ‘Pension Neglect’ campaign ultimately stemmed from a comprehensive research survey, undertaken by Orchid prior to launch.  With such a strong bedrock underpinning our message, we were confident that we had a compelling and legitimate platform from which to engage with local media. The feedback we’ve had from the campaign has far exceeded our expectations.  We’ve had a fantastic response from existing and potential customers, as well as a notable general increase in awareness of the SRSL brand throughout the local market.

Orchid are real supporters of Struan’s ambition and his career, and are as passionate about his success as Struan and his team track-side.  As well as providing ongoing PR surrounding his race weekends, we engaged Orchid recently  to completely rebrand the ‘Struan Moore Motorsport Team’ and to launch the ‘Struan Moore Motorsport Members Club’ with a fantastic launch event.  The event was expertly run, well attended, and achieved blanket media coverage.  Struan now has a database of supporters who will prove crucial to the ongoing development of his racing career.
