We have recently moved into state of the art offices in St Helier and are looking for two talented people to join our team.
Account Manager
Our Account Managers are highly professional individuals with a keen eye for detail and the ability to recognise opportunities for our clients. We expect our team to be smart in appearance and thought and to ensure they are always abreast of the latest trends, news and current affairs. To perform to the standard we expect you will be educated to degree level, probably in a relevant field (media, marketing or PR) and ideally you will already have some practical experience of the profession. We provide training both on and off Island where it is appropriate but we would also expect you to be proactive in developing your own learning and skills.
We have an enviable list of clients and relationships with agencies in other jurisdictions making the role both exciting and challenging. For us the most important thing is to provide our clients and partners with the best possible service. Orchid Communications is the only Channel Island member of the Public Relations Consultants Association and we operate to their exacting industry standards.
This is a permanent role for the right person and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Office Administrator
We pride ourselves on the service we provide our clients and partners but this is only possible if our office is running smoothly and efficiently. Our office administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring our systems and team operate effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who has attention to detail, can work under pressure, is able to deal professionally with clients and suppliers and who is always one step ahead of the team. You will be polite, smart in appearance and thought, and able to handle a range of administrative functions including front desk, post room, media scanning and procurement.
In addition the Office Administrator is responsible for managing the diaries of and providing full administrative support for the two company directors. You will have a good standard of education, IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
