Longueville Manor, Back to Basics Courses
Longueville Manor has launched a ‘Back to Basics’ cookery demonstration series. Taught by Longueville Manor’s Executive Chef Andrew Baird, the courses aim to make cooking simple and less daunting by demonstrating how to prepare a range of ingredients and dishes simply but to top quality.
The courses are available for individuals but can be replicated on an exclusive basis for businesses that are seeking a new, alternative team-building activity. Vouchers for Spring 2009 courses are also now available and make the perfect present for a loved one or colleague.
