THE SOLUTION
On appointment in September 2010, Orchid hit the ground running with four months to prepare a substantial, integrated campaign to run across all markets in 2011. Following a period of negative PR, we had to establish a positive, focused and visionary position for the Trust and increase membership, admissions, positive brand awareness and engagement. The evolved Jersey Heritage Visit. Stay. Belong. brand proposition was launched, providing an overview of the ways you can engage with a visually stimulating, focused and fully integrated on and offline campaign using the strapline ‘Your history starts here.’’

Thanks to the combined efforts of the fantastic team of staff and volunteers at Jersey Heritage, the many stakeholder groups and the refreshed marketing, as at end September 2011:
