New Flavour for Sumas

One of Jersey’s premier restaurants has re-opened its doors following an exciting makeover in decor, menu and service.  The owners of Suma’s say there’s been a significant shift in the way people dine out in the current economic climate, and what they expect from leading eateries.  Brother and sister team Malcolm Lewis and Sue Bults have been at the head of their game for more than ten years, but they say the challenge is to stay at the top and that means being in tune with what customers really want.

 

The investment in the restaurant has gone much further than a refurbishment.  Considerable time has been spent on re-training staff and examining the menu to make sure Suma’s continues to deliver the quality service, value and product for which the restaurant is renowned.
